SERIAL 137446. BARREL 22". CALIBER 45-70. Has saddle ring & bar but sports a Rifle rear sight. Walnut stock has the proof P but no visible inspector stamp, "US SPRINGFIELD" with eagle on lock. Block is stamped "Model 1873". Condition. All metal is smooth patina. Legends are sharp including VP barrel proof. Stock is very good with usual dings and bumps. Bore is sharp with residue. ANTIQUE
